Plongeons dans les points saillants de ce trimestre :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fnmhf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Message-from-CEO_FR-2-1024x434.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7867\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Chers membres et parties prenantes estim\u00e9s, \u00e0 l&rsquo;approche de la fin d&rsquo;un autre trimestre, je suis heureux de partager quelques nouvelles passionnantes et initiatives du Fonds qui mettent en lumi\u00e8re notre engagement continu \u00e0 soutenir les communaut\u00e9s des Premi\u00e8res Nations. Le deuxi\u00e8me trimestre a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s occup\u00e9 pour la direction et le personnel. En avril, nous avons assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence de la NATOA (National Aboriginal Trust Officer Association) \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al et j&rsquo;ai \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 \u00e0 participer \u00e0 un d\u00e9bat d&rsquo;experts pour parler du Fonds et plus sp\u00e9cifiquement, de la gestion du FHMPN en tant que fiducie \u00e0 but non lucratif. Dans ma pr\u00e9sentation, j&rsquo;ai parl\u00e9 de notre d\u00e9claration de politique de placement, de notre strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;investissement et de notre politique ESG. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fnmhf.ca\/fr\/message-du-directeur-general-juin-2024\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.fnmhf.ca\/message-from-the-ceo-december-2023\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\"><strong>[EN SAVOIR PLUS ICI]<\/strong><\/mark><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:29px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Session de planification strat\u00e9gique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div style=\"height:41px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fnmhf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/1.-Akwesasne_group-1024x832.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7798\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u00c0 la mi-avril, le personnel et les administrateurs se sont r\u00e9unis au si\u00e8ge social du FHMPN \u00e0 Akwesasne pour participer \u00e0 une session de planification strat\u00e9gique de deux jours, anim\u00e9e par <a href=\"https:\/\/cree8iveadvisory.com\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">Cree8tive Advisory.<\/mark><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La session a examin\u00e9 de nombreux points cl\u00e9s en utilisant une m\u00e9thodologie SMART adapt\u00e9e, align\u00e9e sur les valeurs du Fonds, notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:6px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>la nature<\/strong> dynamique des efforts de r\u00e9forme du Fonds et leur impact sur les objectifs strat\u00e9giques \u00e9nonc\u00e9s dans le plan d&rsquo;affaires ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>identifier<\/strong> la position du Fonds sur le march\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>une r\u00e9vision<\/strong> du mandat et de la mission actuels du Fonds ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>r\u00e9flexions<\/strong> sur un mod\u00e8le d&rsquo;adh\u00e9sion potentiel ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>discussions<\/strong> sur la transformation du Fonds en une organisation dirig\u00e9e \u00e0 100 % par les Premi\u00e8res Nations et autonome, sans influence gouvernementale.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La session a r\u00e9uni des perspectives diversifi\u00e9es du personnel et de la direction pour d\u00e9velopper un plan plus complet vers l&rsquo;autosuffisance du Fonds afin de mieux servir les Premi\u00e8res Nations \u00e0 travers le pays. Nous sommes reconnaissants de l&rsquo;engagement d\u00e9montr\u00e9 par l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe et des conseils fournis par les administrateurs. L&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e9tait ouvert \u00e0 tous ceux qui cherchaient un emploi \u00e0 Cornwall, Stormont, Dundas, Glengarry et Akwesasne, offrant aux membres de la communaut\u00e9 l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;en savoir plus sur notre organisation et les postes actuellement disponibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;\u00e9tait la 10e ann\u00e9e que le salon de l&#8217;emploi avait lieu, avec plus de 60 employeurs proposant plus de 500 emplois \u00e0 un public de plus de 1 000 chercheurs d&#8217;emploi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\">Conf\u00e9rence de la NATOA sur la fiducie et l&rsquo;investissement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-2 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" data-id=\"7812\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fnmhf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/3.-NATOA-1-edited.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7812\"><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Notre \u00e9quipe a v\u00e9cu une exp\u00e9rience incroyable lors de la <a href=\"https:\/\/natoa.ca\/trustandinvestmentconference\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">11e Conf\u00e9rence annuelle sur la fiducie et l&rsquo;investissement<\/mark><\/a> \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al les 3 et 4 avril. En plus de la repr\u00e9sentation des principales Premi\u00e8res Nations de la C.-B., la conf\u00e9rence a accueilli plus de 900 d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Travis Seymour a eu l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de rencontrer le PDG de l&rsquo;organisation <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bchousing.org\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">B.C. Housing Infrastructure<\/mark><\/a> consolidant une collaboration qui positionnera mieux le Fonds pour l&rsquo;autonomisation. Kelly Bitternose, directeur des programmes et services, et Scott Flamand, sp\u00e9cialiste en am\u00e9lioration des modalit\u00e9s de cr\u00e9dit, ont anim\u00e9 des pr\u00e9sentations percutantes, favorisant les connexions et promouvant la connaissance financi\u00e8re. Auparavant, il \u00e9tait gestionnaire de comptes principal chez Peace Hills Trust et gestionnaire r\u00e9gional chez TD Bank, acqu\u00e9rant des connaissances financi\u00e8res approfondies et une compr\u00e9hension des clients. Anthony d\u00e9tient un dipl\u00f4me en administration des affaires du Native Education Centre et a si\u00e9g\u00e9 \u00e0 divers conseils, y compris la Penticton Indian Band Development Corporation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<div style=\"height:22px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fnmhf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/8.-Nehtha.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7824\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ieronhenehtha (Nehtha) Lazore<\/strong> fait partie de notre \u00e9quipe depuis l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 2023, lorsqu&rsquo;elle nous a rejoints en tant que stagiaire.
