The Assembly of First Nations (AFN) Special Chiefs Assembly (SCA) will be held on December 2-4, 2025 at the Rogers Centre in Ottawa which is located on Algonquin Territory, the unceded unsurrendered Anishinabe territory of the Algonquin Anishinabe peoples.
The SCA will be an opportunity for Chiefs to come together to consider issues of concern to First Nations governments and citizens, and to mandate the AFN to undertake work to advance the rights and interests of First Nations.
